Shipping Policy
We ship throughout Spain and make sure your orders arrive as quickly as possible. Shipping typically takes between 2 and 3 business days throughout Spain.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and the customer will be responsible for these costs unless otherwise indicated. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can stay up-to-date on its status.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
For us to process your return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you'd like to initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how to return the package to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
We are available for any questions regarding returns.
Important Note : We cannot accept returns on promotional items.
Damages and Problems
We care about your order arriving in perfect condition. Therefore, we ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible (within 48 hours) by emailing ik.studio.oficial@gmail.com . We will be happy to help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Changes
If you need to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a new, separate purchase for the product you want.
Refunds
We'll notify you as soon as we've received and processed your return. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
Return Shipping
Shipping costs for returning an item will be the customer's responsibility.
Gift Card
If you've received an ÏK Studio gift card, you're in luck! You can use it to make purchases in our online store. Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue, so you have plenty of time to enjoy our sustainable collections. If you have any questions about using your gift card, please don't hesitate to contact us.
